This post really caught my attention, because as you mentioned after nine months I see traffic increasing suddenly little by little.

The mistake I made was using google sites instead of word press as CMS. And I find no way of migrating even after searching so much on the net. But this article was very technical and thanks for sharing it nonetheless.

Hey Royale,

First of all, getting traffic to a free blog is very, very hard. Mostly because Google and Pinterest don’t value free blogs. It hurts your SEO. There are faveur few free blogs that actually rank – almost none that I know of.

I use a Business Pinterest account and in order to use that, you will need to claim your website which means inserting a tag in your website. I’m not sure you can do that with a free website.

Also, if you’re not seeing competitors doing school tips, it could be that the niche is not very profitable. So you may need to start working on a more profitable niche.

When you talk about pinning do you mean making pins or pinning other Pinterest posts I’ve been meaning to ask you if you use a personal Pinterest account or if you use a business one you make it so easy to write 5k+ while the most i wrote was 1k i have 34 tabs on my laptop from your blog and i get so mad when someone takes them off. I don’t understand what you mean by a competitor my niche is school tips and i don’t really see anyone that has the same blog niche as me. Anyway, in case you wanted to see this is my blog i recently had a blogging burnout and i changed the design and then i saw the increase in blog traffic i don’t know what I’m doing wrong i get like 1 or 2 views a day and i really try hard i’m going to try these tips especially sign up for Pinterest i’ve been procrastinating that for so long
