I’m glad you found it helpful.

It’s a Google issue and it’s only happening with new websites. Apparently, a lot of bloggers are going through this – so nothing to worry about, it will just take a few months to get sorted. And eventually the posts will be indexed – Google is just taking its time because right now everybody is using AI to create TONS of content – so it’s taking longer to get indexed.

So helpful. I started a new blog and it’s helpful to hear that I should submit each post for indexing. I had forgotten initially to set up my site map but now that’s good to go. However, some of my posts are coming up “crawled- currently not indexed.” I resubmit but the validation comes back failed. I have no idea why since they are set up like my others posts that are getting indexed. Any thoughts?

I highly recommend not hiring any sort of SEO service because you don’t know whether they’re going to use legitimate methods or just implement ancient techniques like keyword stuffing and so on. Learn SEO, and do it yourself. At some point, when you’re pressed for time, hire an agency. This way you’ll know what they’re doing and be able to judge their authenticity.

I would say you can create them ASAP but waiting at least till 5K pageviews and building a target audience that is heavily interested in that 1 niche.

Please understand that everyone’s blog is different. I cannot give you suggestions without understanding your blog, how well you SEO optimize your posts and who you’re targeting.

1. I would suggest waiting till you have an email list of at least 500 people who are interested in 1 thing precisely before creating and selling products or over 100 blog posts on the blog.

2. Yes, you can promote your Etsy products on the blog at any point, provided you’re getting over 5K pageviews a month and the target audience is heavily interested in 1 thing. For instance, if your audience is interested in travel, then you can promote travel related products.

3. If the interests are varied, then yes, multiple lists is a must.
